Ask HN: What was the last version of Facebook can you build singlehandedly?

A thought experiment:

Probably all CS college graduate nowadays are able to singlehandedly build the very first version of Facebook that was launched in early February 2004.

How about the version with v1 Photo in August 2005? Can it be built by a single engineer today?

Or the version with v1 Newsfeed in September 2006?

You can use today's technology (e.g., AWS, Rails/Django...), but you have to do devops as well to support same amount of users at that time :)

I may be able to build the early 2006 version (no Newsfeed, & with a few million registered users at most).
