Just a few weeks ago I decided to start a new business in the employee benefits space. I managed to get a few interested companies yet COVID-19 changed everything.
All leads signaled they have more important problems to solve right now which meant a hard hit for my early-stage business.
My guess is that a recession is very like to come and my product might not be incredibly relevant for months (years?) to come.
I'm looking into pivoting the company but I don't know what direction to look at. I'm a non-technical solo founder with a general interest in B2B, SaaS, messaging and marketplaces.
