I am fascinated by the job searching and recruiting space.

What do you think are the next technical areas for "disruption" in recruiting and job seeking?

Or, better said, as a technologist that loves recruiting and job hunting, how can I best use my skill set in this area?

I really enjoy reviewing resumes, applying for jobs, networking, etc and would love to see what I can do in this space. It just seems somewhat impenetrable.
