App Review blocked my bug fix update, will call me in ~3-5 business days

Remember that whole "bug fixes will no longer be delayed over guideline violations except for those related to legal issues"?

Well, today App Review said my critical bug fix will be on hold while they "anticipate calling within 3 to 5 business days".

How is this ok? Has anyone else experienced the same?
