The team I work with is distributed remotely. We had retrospectives every week/fortnight, and our remote team members couldn't really see the whiteboard. We used a whiteboard for cards, and skype (it was a while ago) to chat.
So, I built a thing. A tool that does one job well: Agile retrospectives.
