Ask HN: What's Happening with Covid in Sweden?

Sweden offered a controversial model of disease control that was debated widely throughout 2020. After a quiet summer, around the turn of the year, the JHU COVID dashboard shows deaths in Sweden more than doubling relative to their previous peak in April 2020, and diagnosed cases growing by tenfold or more.

Is Sweden's model still widely considered a success? If not, where did Sweden's disease control efforts fail? Is Sweden pursuing a modified policy now or staying the course?
