The United States reserves Top Secret classification for information which would cause "exceptionally grave damage" to national security if made publicly available. What options exist in theory for a superpower to remove such information if it were written to the ledger? For clarification as to why I am asking, if the Bitcoin blockchain is truly immutable as advertised that seems like a substantial attack vector.
